I like this, with the interaction.  The lady with her head turned in his direction,  and everyone looking at the boy, who seems oblivious.  And he has his hands tucked into his sweater to keep them warm.  From your POV, it appears you were close too.  Well done!

This reminds me of my last visit to Amsterdam, obliviously nearly getting run down by bicycles. A beautiful picture, again using the paving to great effect. all the best, ed

Onvermoeibaar als altijd weet je de meest fraaie foto's aan het dagelijks leven te ontfutselen. Dit is een geweldig beeld van een voetganger die aan de fietsterreur moet ontsnappen. Veelzeggend beeld. Volgens mij ben je iedere dag onderweg of vergis ik me daar in. Ik bewonder je werk, ik bewonder je doorzettingsvermogen. Het  is geweldig!

Very nice, Ruud, I like how perfectly unconcerned he appears, crossing at right angles to the flow of the picture. You picked the perfect moment to situate him against the dark crowd and between the bicyclists.
