I really like the combination of the silhouettes against the warm background  and the element of movement from the ripples that brings life to the scene. Beautifully done!

This is a beautiful shot, the silhouettes of the birds are exact mirror reflections on water which dramatizes the scene even more. Great capture!

What can I say that hasn't already been said, Giangiorgio?  Perfect composition, wonderful timing, colors are transcendent, none of the flamingos are in front of other ones, and the whole frame is simple and clean.  One of the best shots I have seen lately.  Congratulations on a great capture.
