I agree with Hamid, this isn't the easiest of shots to make and result in a succesful image, however you have managed to to capture an infinate variety of tone within this shot that convincingly conveys the cold winter scene. Beautifully done!

The twisting of the branches has been realy well captured here. it gives life to the bare branches. the tonal range is great, and overall the image present very well indeed. Great B&W Best Regards

Zsolt....I think this may your finest work, at least in b&w. I don't know if I'm seeing frost on those smaller limbs, but it really separates them and gives the image an additional dimension, breaking up the strong vertical lines in a harmonious way. It visually dances because of that separation. Obviously the fog acts as an additional layering effect. These are really difficult to get right; I certainly struggle with this type of composition. Much of your recent work is truly exceptional, but this one is beyond exceptional. You've been working hard and your passion shows. This goes straight to my favorites!

Outstanding view, perfect light and composition. Subtle graduations of gray. A unique combination of the vertical orientation of the trunks with the dark flashes of the branches and the frozen ramification. Congratulations. Karl

This one is amazing Zsolt.  The composition is excellent and you did a great job with the b/w processing.  I really like how all of the small branches are very light.  This helps to separate the small branches from the dark trunks and gives the image tons of depth.  Well done.

I cannot find anything to critique on this one, Zsolt. The twisted branches frame the shot in an interesting way. The layering effect of the fog has been mentioned, works well, without interfering with visibility of the hoarfrost on the foreground branches. Very nice. Best regards. Peter
