DEAD END

This photo evokes one of my favorite pieces of film dialogue, from "The Shawshank Redemption" - - "Get busy livin', or get busy dyin'." Clearly, I see your choice.

 

Great eye - great story. I see a bit of tilt, but in this case I don't find it bothersome at all. In fact, I think it helps to underscore the absurdity.

Thanks. Yeah, looks like I missed the horizon a bit. I like your excuse of adding to\the absurdity, so I'll just pretend it was s'posed to be like that. :=)

This is the kind of humor I love......real stuff.....2 things seemingly unrelated finding an odd connection to each other. This is exactly the way my dad felt when he moved into his retirement center.....that his life was over. But it's actually a wonderful facility, and he has thrived there. I don't have the courage to send this picture to him. :-) Great work, David!

These classic shots ring true. And the ring reverberates. And I remember them days and sometimes weeks later.

The little jokes that life throws our way; thankfully we have you there to catch them for us.
