yuri_pautov 0 Posted November 20, 2004 Yes, I need your opinion and critique about this photo. I know that after PS manipulations this hand became too bright (in context of all the composition)... I can't make it less brighter - the weight of the bottom part becomes too small... I can't delete it , as it plays a role of foundation here and also I don't want to crop her hair at the top - otherwise her eyes will go out of 1/3 zone... Maybe leave this hand as it is? Guest Guest Posted November 20, 2004 I don't think the hand detracts from those magnificent eyes! The rings help draw the eye upwards...Wonderful! Link to comment
harnstrom1 0 Posted November 20, 2004 The hand is no problem, it is not a dominating part in the picture. You could clone some tones from the face to the hand if you are not satisfied with the white. Nice expression and great comp. Link to comment
1000wordsphotography 0 Posted November 21, 2004 Would love to see the original. I think I would crop just a bit from the bottome so that only her index finer shows,,, That is just nit picking though, this is an outstanding portrait. Link to comment

robertmccurley 0 Posted November 22, 2004 Very haunting portrait. It appears that her eyes are the passageway to her very soul. For me the light tone of the hand is not distracting as I was drawn to the intended focal point which I assume is the eyes. Very nice. 6/5 Link to comment
