Great Heron, reflections - (Egretta alba) - I photographed this great egret while it flies by skimming water, with a beautiful reflection, in the lagoons of Cagliari. Nikon D200, Sigma supertele 300-800mm, f / 18, 1/640 sec, ISO 320 ,. Thank you for your comments

Hi Giangiorgio,

 

this capture is spectacular in its simplicity. Beside the fact that the exposure is spot-on, the reflection of the egret is exactly on the right spot in the photo imo. The finishing touch is of course the tip of the wing touching the surface of the water. Marvelous! Kind regards, Vincent

To wax oxymoronic, it screams peace.
