FranzWeber 368 Posted July 21, 2022 Frieder, this is really unbelievable: July 1342 On St. Magdalene's Day, July 25 according to today's calendar, the worst flood catastrophe of the entire millennium occurred in Europe. The level of all rivers rose due to heavy and large-scale precipitation. So does the Rhine. The water level in Cologne was 11.52 meters. The flood was considered particularly unusual because it was in the summer. Regards, Franz Link to comment
