Smoke and Tree

A beautiful image with autumn colors. The red leaves of the low bushes look like many little flames. Fires in wooded areas are destroying many surfaces in our region too, but it is not self-ignition, ciao Giangiorgio

it's been some time since I commented on one of your photos. This composition with its 'signature' Evgeny Chertov touch, makes it easy to get lost in the depth of the landscape, with beautiful colors, lots of detail and impeccable exposure. The orange leaves make an amazing accent and echo, as Giangiorgio suggested already, the fires that threaten large quantities of landscape that will take very long to recover. My first impression was that there was mist around the mountains. Kind regards, Vincent

Thank you so much for your attention and kind words, Giangiorgio. Wildfires are a disaster for nature in general and for photographers is not a pleasant thing too. How many great shots were ruined as the views were obstructed/ covered by smoke :((
