On the island of Burano in the Venetian lagoon when a resident wishes to paint their home a request must be sent to the government and they will be informed of which colors are permitted for their lot.

Like the colour and arrangement of the boats/houses, well seen and presented.

Wayne, I really like the contrasting directional lines created by the boats and the roofs - makes for a really excellent composition. The filter treatment for this image is ideal I think - because there are lots of interesting colors in the buildings & surroundings. Congrats on hitting this one out of the park! -Aina
