Giangiorgio Crisponi 498 Posted January 22, 2021 A beautiful image that leaves a doubt, it seems made from the inside out, but looking at the beating iron grate it seems the opposite, excellent from every technical point of view, ciao Giangiorgio Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted January 24, 2021 Hi Daniel, a fascinating and enigmatic image! I think it was a great decision compositionally to photograph the scene from this angle, as it makes the picture more interesting and creates the furtive notion that you mention in your title. At first I was in doubt too in which direction I was looking, but it had to be from the outside in. The texture and light on the curtain is a nice detail too. Well seen and ingeniously photographed! Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
michaellinder 16,613 Posted January 24, 2021 Daniel, to avoid plagiarism, I decided to comment on this image's geometry, which is fascinating in general. There almost appears to be a balance between the curvilinear and the linear. The textured window shade as a whole baffled me until I realized the proximity of linear with curvilinear objects demonstrates the relatively newest geometrical system - fuzzy geometry. Also, the way the image is framed seems to put the shade as the center of attention. - - My best always, michael Link to comment
smooth 285 Posted January 25, 2021 An image that teases my brain in all its simplicity. Well done Daniel. Best regards, Arthur. Link to comment
