Milano centrale

On a long train journey from Rome to Utrecht (the Netherlands) we stopped in Milan in the late afternoon. The stop was very short, but I was very impressed with the architecture of the train station, so I had to make a photo quickly. I had a roll of Kodak Tri-X pan in my camera, which I developed to have a lot of grain (I would not do that again now). I slightly cropped the scan to eliminate disturbing details from the shot. Your comments are very welcome.

On holiday as a child in the early 60'ies, nevertheless it is exactly what I saw, when I came to Milano Centrale. I remember precisely the atmosphere now thanks to your picture.
