Stunning photo, Laurent. Fabulous early am colors. I really like the positioning of the horizon and the composition.

Gary.

Gary...Thank you for the kind observation and for making this a Favorite. This is in front of the house and a few hundred steps to the harbour edge which I decided to walk given the harbour was so calm.

Laurent, another great wide angle shot! I see these and I want a 10mm lens for my D7100. Would you mind telling me which one you are using!

Steve...Thank you! This lense is a Sigma 10-20mm/1:4-5.6 with a circ.polarizer permanently attached and has done service on my D200 before moving to my D7100.It is showing a lot of wear with some of the rings rubber starting to come loose,so I have recently purchased the same lense now with a fixed 1:3.5 but have not used it much as I am looking at getting the larger 82mm filters vs the 77mm of the older model.I have this lense on my camera almost exclusively and I highly recommend it even if edge distortion/pull at the 10mm end can be very visible except on wide open spaces as on this shot.Hope this helps.Salutations-Laurent
