Upon your comment, I had to take a look at your gallery also and I'm stunned upon your pohotos! Will have to take quite a bit more time to view all of them, but this one really stole my attention; how perfect is the detail on the feathers, you can see the pattern perfectly! Not to talk about the bokeh... 500 mm lens?

Hi Gasper, thank you so much for viewing my photos and your terrific comment about this one! I was able to get quite close to the bird and took this shot at 300mm. I have had hummingbird feeders for years, and these birds are year-round residents, so they are used to me hanging around them with a camera. Warmest regards, Todd
