jennifercatron 9 Posted August 11, 2018 When I photograph something I ask myself to what purpose is this going to be used. When you shoot more than 150,000 frames a year you learn how to cull. So when I say I don't know the purpose that this can be used, Im asking if you had to pay five dollars to take this shot, would you have taken it? Is it worth five dollars to you? Link to comment
Supriyo 6,008 Posted August 11, 2018 I like to photograph everyday objects from unique vantage points. Sometimes that transforms them into something else. In this case, this box of tea bags caught my attention. I would have never imagined how beautifully they are arranged in the box, if I didn't happen to look straight down. You were asking about purpose, may be this is it, although I don't consciously ask myself what my photos are going to be used for or how much they will sell for every time I shoot. That works well for me. Link to comment

Supriyo 6,008 Posted August 13, 2018 Thanks, Timo. I agree, and what's better than photography to commemorate all those treasures around us! Link to comment
