Ken Ratcliffe 103,686 Posted June 21, 2018 Great composition and anticipation with this, what is he going to do next ? Superb framing with the subject adds so much to the story being told, very well presented. Best regards Ken. Link to comment

DGorinstein 20 Posted June 23, 2018 Hello Jack. I hope you are well. Just surfing and browsing PN....only to find "the scare behind the door"....I mean, without knowing it was yours, while looking at the thumbnails, this image startled me. Half a scene? And where is the main subject? I had to know, and when I clicked, the magic was reveled. You are ALWAYS full of surprises....certainly a "new" / "unique" kind, view, approach....to photography. The center in the composition is forever gone! Intuition is whaat is being summoned , nay, extruded from the viewer. Certainly not classic photography, much less conventional. Surprising, captivating, enigmatic, challenging?? YES! That is your very special trademark. As for this image, after opening it and knowing who the autor is, the "clown is out of the box". The startle remains. So is admiration and recognition. All the best! DG Link to comment
aarkp 2 Posted June 28, 2018 As i chanced upon the thumbnail, knew this gem had to be from your 'stable'... framing is so perfect! And most of us would not have seen it... Link to comment
Supriyo 6,008 Posted August 17, 2018 Ah, this is almost perfect...you should have moved ever so slightly to the right. No, just kidding! This is awesome, tension on every front. Once I get over the 'horror' of seeing half a man on the horizon, I am presented with the vast open space occupying the bottom half with the fence legs wobbling their way towards me. Jack, you are a rebel. Link to comment
