michaellinder 16,613 Posted February 11, 2018 Holger, this image demonstrates a very inventive use of multiple leading lines - the dock posts, the street lamps, and the orange/yellow along the walkway. The image also offers quite an interesting contrast - between the exceptionally bright right-hand two-thirds and the subtle, calm left third. Its as if the pier somehow is levitated. Outstanding work . . . - - My best, michael Link to comment
hstelljes 41 Posted February 11, 2018 Thanks Michael for the very kind words and visit. I like and agree with how you look at images, you however break them down and analyze better than I can. So I'm always glad to read your comments my friend...................Holger Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted April 22, 2018 The rain that fell truly added to the multi dimensional impact of this image Holger. The reflections of what appear to be light trails leading to the many Lamp Post lights combined with the 'colour of the hour' has resulted in an impressive composition. You have such a good eye - you decide on your 'intent' and always follow through ! Beautiful ! Link to comment
hstelljes 41 Posted April 22, 2018 Wow, that's a comment I can live with. Thank you for the compliments, see you soon Gail..................Holger Link to comment
