This location is the highest crime area in Peoria, actually I put myself in high risk while capturing this photo. That day I arrived this place at 5am in early morning purposely waited for sunrise, the temperature was so cold and below zero. A patrol car suddenly stopped me, the police officer asked me must leave this place immediately. I told the police officer "Please allow me to take at least one sunrise photo, I spent 3 hours drove from my home to here". Ended up the police officer accompany me for protection till I done, really thanks to the police officer :) Rising sun at dawn in winter, photo captured in a freezing cold morning under Murray Baker Bridge, Peoria Illinois USA.
