The camera (and of course photographer)  seems to have performed very well in the face of a bright day so full of high contrast.  The shadows still retain lots of detail and the image is sharp and well defined.

From an aesthetic viewpoint I would consider cropping the bottom of the image to remove the suns reflection.

I have to agree with Alf about the sun spot but what a great photo. I especially like the clarity of the water so you can see the bottom in front. The reflections, shadows and sky are added bonuses. Very well composed Mike.

Thanks everyone, for your feedback.  I am, indeed, very pleased with the a6000 and the 10-18mm f/4.  So many features that are actually useful.  :-)
