Idolatry

Taken in nyc. In many ways, the scene seemed like a modern twist on Michelangelo's

finger of creation, with the 'crowd' of nameless hands looking up to the one visible

figure, seemingly intent on trying to save them to bring them to the other side, a place

unseen to them but where the viewer can spot darkness lurking in the background. A

reminder of the madness of crowds?
