sarah_mcnulty 5 Posted October 1, 2016 Hi Maurizio, Alf, Jack & Jamie. Thanks very much for the feedback - I'm almost wishing for the snow to come back :-) Hi Jamie - Oh well my photo The Way To The Beach was a bit short lived in your favourites folder but at least this one replaced it. Thank you very much :-) Best wishes. Sarah. Link to comment
hstelljes 41 Posted October 1, 2016 Ah, a small reminder of what's to come....beautifully captured Sarah. Nice composition and very good detail brings forth the delicate nature of the subject....nice blurry background too. Thanks for your great comment on my Wild Pony image by the way, glad to hear of your joy and interest in horses.Best Regards, Holger Link to comment

sarah_mcnulty 5 Posted October 3, 2016 Jamie, I went on a landscape photo workshop once with a well known landscape photographer - he used to cart around thousands of pounds worth of photography kit but then he converted to smaller Panasonic cameras with interchangeable lenses with great results, so I thought I would try it. Pleased I did. Although I think my best lens was my little 18 -55mm canon lens so might go back to Canon at a later date. Thanks Pierre, always appreciate your comments :-) Best wishes. Sarah. sarah_mcnulty 5 Posted October 4, 2016 Yes, very true - it does take the spontaneity out of the moment a bit though. Star Trek is cool - I like Star Trek. All the best. Sarah. Link to comment

Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted January 1, 2017 Sarah, How did I miss this when you first posted it? This is lovely. The composition is terrific and selective focus works well. The key to this image is its simplicity. You excellent management of the light and astute vision with the duotone colors are outstanding. Happy New Year. Larry Link to comment
