It is also crossing from one point of view to another. Simplification for developing from one point of mental grow to another. Traveling means also expanding vision. Like this shot even with the terribly tilt, i guess you did it on purpose.

This reminds me of a prequel to a disaster movie, the angle and the close proximity of the bus makes for a scary view!

I almost feel like I am there and my stomach feels a bit 'off'.  Perhaps it is my equilibrium? Nothing better than a capture that causes a 'physical response' in the viewer ! Mind you, I think the design of the bridge itself, all the cables that I can see as well as the angle they appear in the photo combined with the bus to the right - help to cause the visual 'edge' that knocks me off balance.
