I love shadows and tones. There's plenty to look at and enjoy here, on the surface it may be minimal even simple but look at all the crossing lines and you begin to lose yourself in the image. Well seen.................Holger

Jack, elegant and spare.  As others said, I do so enjoy the shadows.  The subtle ones like this are hardest to capture. Regards, Sandy

I like this a lot. It's a multi dimensional combination of light, shadow, form, and lines. Good capture. You do this sort of image really well.

This  is a very interesting shadow image. So was the previous  image  shadows  on the pavement. Well captured image.

Cheers.

It evoked in me the feel of the late afternoon even before I saw the title--even though it could logically be a morning shot.  It simply is not.  The day is almost over, and some things were done and some were left undone.

Just another day. . . ?  No.  Every day is special.  Every late afternoon is a special event, a special time out of time.  I feel the need to seize them, to hang onto them, before they go on without me.

Paul - you are really going through the ancient vaults so far back that in some cases I forgot I took the picture. Thanks for the interest.
