This is a beautiful bloom, You've got the bg nice and black and smooth. One thing you might want to try to get the rest of the petals (ones in right third of photo) is to increase the f stop to whatever it takes - 20, 25, 32. Since there is no exif info, I assume this is it.  You might need to sharpen more then, but if you use the best iso (50 or 100) you should have enough info to sharpen.

Not a criticism, just a suggestion in case you want it.
