Hi

Taken on a Saturday afternoon walk at the end of April.

I spent a few minutes chatting to a fielder who was in considerable discomfort having

pulled a muscle bowling his first over and now couldn't run.

However he was determined to see the match through and have some well-earned

'anaesthetic' at the local pub. Wonderul stuff!

Chris,

Even for a non-cricketer the charm of the a game on the village green jumps out. I looked more closely and was really impressed by the technical details. You got this action shot just at the right split-second, with the ball midway to the bat, the bowler still recovering from his delivery and everyone else frozen in suspense. How many did you have to shoot before you got this timing so spot on? Either way. It's great.

Congratulations.

Peter.
