Took an afternoon stroll back home. It was balmy plus 6 C - and I did not even need gloves.

Evidence of some snow melting. I ran off about 40 shots but I liked this one.

Both these pictures have exceptional composition and tone. I might even like the second even better than the first but both are excellent.

Beautiful picture, Tony! I really enjoy the intensity of the sky ... It adds a lot to this photo! the composition is nice as well.

I like more the first picture !!!

Kind Regards,

Rosario.

Jack, AJ, Rosario and Wayne, thanks for your constructive and supportive comments.

This composition was difficult for me because of distractions both to the left and to the right. I wanted that orange color on the left and I also wanted those fan-like clouds on the right which seem to be an extension of the tree branches.   I did take a portrait version also.

All the very best,

I thought it would be good to reciprocate, and so I have browsed your most recent uploads folder. A very pleasant experience I have to say, But not easy to limit my selection to two images though!

This one stands out for me because of that broad expanse of sky, the subtle colour and the stark bare branches of the winter tree.  The other one that immediately captured my attention and imagination was "Joyful stroll in Candiac"  and special mentions must be given to "Back Yardians D" and "Solitaire" for excellent innovation and attention to detail.

Best Regards

Alf
