I have taken tons of photos about this old pier: in summer, winter, during a tempest,

frozen, etc. But it is always a pleasure to take something new, especially when using a

new lens such as this one (16-35mm 4.0). Ratings and Critiques Welcome!

I really like the textures, the water movement splash of colour on the mossy rocks.  The horizon may need straightening and maybe a portrait orientated shot would have been viable shot also.

Very well done!

Best Regards

I really like the illumination on the posts all through.  I'd be interested in what you can capture here at slower shutter speeds.  I imagine the water and clouds could appear quite differently amazing.

Thanks for all the critiques. Alf, the horizont is straight, I had the level in the camara. In this place, you will always think the horizont is not straight. It is here an optical problem for the irregular coastline. Hope you can visit Pto Natales and the old pier and see it for yourself.Better use level anyway. Yes, sometimes I take the vertical shot too, or maybe better, a panoramic with two horizontal shots, stacked vertically. Thanks for all and and I can tell all of you that all this week here in Puerto Natales was fantastic with temperatures over 20°C everyday, and full sunshine. This was the first week with fine weather since October. The above photo was taken before the nice weather.
