You are a wonderful Artist with genious ideas! The handless soldier touch my life deeply as my daughter was born without her left hand. I use to tell her during her rebellious teen years that she use to be a Pirate on past lives and that is why she was one handed now! You are the best! Tivios recuerdos querido amigo!

Muchas gracias, my querido amigo,

I sympathize with your daughter, but I never saw my cardboard & canvas made Zappatista  as hand less! It's very difficult to make fingers of cardboard or canvas and the hands are not expressed enough, folded fingers etc!

Saludos cordiales

Thank you Jim,

As I said above, the figure was made of cardboard, paper and canvas, maybe it's been difficult to make all out of that material!

Patsy,

I now see that you have always the same comment only for my surreal work which is if not beautiful, very original, I agree!

Thank you for bringing me luck!

Dear Pierre,

You should know that, for whatever reason..and I am not sure what it is, my immediate reaction to this was that it is a fantasy self-portrait. The hombre is you. I may be way off with your intention, but that was the very strong response that came to me.

Regardless, it is another wonderful work!

Once again we find ourselves in the contemporary fairy tale theater of the master. Only someone like you could come up with something so odd yet appealing.

All those spaghetti westerns and "Gringo" was the only word I learned : - )

This for me though summons thoughts of yesteryear when puppetry was the modern form of entertainment and paper mache was the material of the creators. I love the little gheko too!

Compliments & Best Regards

Hey Timothy,

Thank you for your flattering comment! Alas, I wish it was me, but it is not, I once put my head there, but since I'm far from being so handsome I was not at all satisfied and deleted it!

Cheers to that
