I really like the movement in foreground waves, just the right shutter speed! 

Was this a combination of 2 exposures ?

In any case it looks great!

Hello everybody, first I want to thanks for your nice words, camera was handheld (against some rocks), so it is only one exposure using a graduated neutral density filter and a polarizing filter, also some photoshop corrections applied, al the best!

I would like to be able to do something like this! Seven all the way and congratulations, Ovidiu!

Ovidiu,what a delight this image is,from foreground with splendid waves effect seen (at the exp.time you did) just to bg in a nice warm color.Water color in the middle makes a so good contrast with white foam and horizon color.Ten point to you.

Very beautiful result that makes me urn for warmer temperatures as we still experience the cold weather. But I should not complain too much. So many have had it worse. Your treatment of the water on the rocks is beautiful! I don't usually care for water that is treated really soft, but you have done a remarkable job in editing. Well done!
