It's a flattering glamour portrait. Nice & soft, except where it needs to be sharp. The eyes and lips. There's nice detail left in the hair. The transition from lights to shadows is nice and subtle as well.

I'm not sure if I care for the head crop at top. But, that's personal taste

Beautiful lady. Great makeup application. Lovely portrait. I don't like the grey lips and eyebrows (especially apparent in the larger view). And like Ken, I'm not sure about the crop at the top.
