What strikes me here are the stars seemingly duplicated on the ground (by lights associated with buildings, of course).  You have just enough light to see a bit of detail in the sky and on the ground/water, yet it still looks like night.  That is sometimes hard to do.  Very nicely done.

The mood is excellent, the night and darkness is perfectly recorded, it is photography as is supposed to be.

Amateurs, beginners, point and shooters, digitally grown ups, please do not comment.
