I really like the atmosphere created by the quiet water, mild mist, and softly transitioning colors.  Your composition is also very appealing; the square accommodates the elements very well.  Very nicely done.

I like the colour gradation and the overall composition, it conveys a very tranquil mood. I think I prefer the slightly softer processing of the previous version.

Alf's comment prompted me to go back and compare the two, and while each can stand on its own, I also prefer the softer presentation of the other photo.  It's only when comparing them side by side (or rapidly back and forth) that I can say this; viewed alone, each is quite striking.
