Very challenging conditions, but you have overcome the obvious problem of the bright sunlight very well indeed!

The use of the cloud to diffuse the harshest of the light was a good move, and the consequential crepuscular light rays look really good!

The small touches of light on the foreground grasses are equally attractive and there are a nice scattering of elements that make the image interesting without being over busy.

I think you have done a good job with the two image blend but I think it needs a 3 image blend or a natural looking HDR. The area of the sun is just too white for me. I would also like to recommend a portrait mode of just the right side since the left side does not command my attention even with the stream.  I think the tree stump in the foreground, the two trees on the right, the sun and the rays would hold my attention a bit longer.

I know that I have not tried to sugar coat it and it is just one opinion. It is an honest opinion  and it does not mean the other ones are dishonest since there is an old saying that  "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder'.
