A very interesting and original rendering, strong and powerful. Great effect in BW and excellent perspective. BW provides this image with much personality, and I would imagine that leaving it in color would not make this as interesting and captivating. Well done.

A strong hard photograph that suits the subject perfectly. Love the gritty feel that adds real atmosphere to this shot. Well seen and executed, best wishes William.

I like the lake of contrast of this view of various forms of architectural structures in Manhattan with the wet ditches as around an old castle. Much irony is present in this image, in my eyes.

I'm not sure what happens in the sky, but it does not really look natural.

Great angle and dynamics. The combinations of vertival and horizontal lines provide an intricate pattern that pulls the viewer deeper into the scene. I too was wondering about the sky, perhaps there was a fog or haze?

Very well done Vlad!

Best Regards

Sorry I meant to write "lack of contrast" above  !

Concerning the sky, I believe, it is just the result of some overuse of the "burn" filter. A selection of the sky and a small darkening, using "curves", would have done the trick to better effect.

well conceived photo Vlad...with all that's available to shoot in New York it's not an easy task to find the right balance...this is very appealing...nice work...regards....David

Outstanding and unique work. So well composed in every level. I really like the whole graphic look of the picture. The clouds are maybe too dark. Perhaps a white sky/ background?

Best regards

Kristian
