jfz 3 Posted February 27, 2013 For a while, it was a "boring" winter scenery, sunny, cold, windy, and some white clouds. I was about to leave, and noticed the fast moving black clouds some distance away coming along, and eventually, it started snowing. Thanks. Link to comment
Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted February 27, 2013 Wow, what ominous and dramatic clouds you have captured. Excellent. I'd crop the foreground to add even more impact to the clouds and to achieve a more panoramic look. Just as a matter of personal preference, I'd also eliminate the black top and bottom borders and white stripes. I think the image stands best on its own. Nice image. Best to you. krpradu 125 Posted February 27, 2013 The image is indeed very powerful with this clouds and storm visual effect is well seen.I must say that what Larry did creates a more impact and looks very good,no necessary border the image is very good. Link to comment
momagnum 5 Posted February 27, 2013 This is a great shot. You were on the right spot at the right time. Important feature, when you want to take good pictures. I like the original version. What did you do to the scale of blue ?Tommy Link to comment
gregoryl 0 Posted February 28, 2013 HelloI agree with Larry's crop and suggestions about the bars. The clouds are the subject and the foreground is rather featureless and doesn't hold interest. Cropping it out helps focus attention. Just my 2 cents.RegardsGreg Link to comment
