I really like the concept of this shot. The landscape itself is very aesthetically pleasing, but the presence of the human figure really makes it come to life. The larger view in particular is most impressive!  I would have tried to avoid the overhanging branch if possible, but on the other hand it could be argued that it helps to frame the shot. Either way, its a very good photograph!

Yes, this is an excellent picture, both from a technical point of view and from an emotional one also. You have captured the essence of aloneness and expressed it in a great picture.
