Not bad, not bad, actually,  . . .   a very nice B&W image, with excellent mood. I like the foreground partially snow covered surface. Early winter. The sky perfectly complementing the whole subject, composition.  Perfect DF.   The left tree, IMHO, I'd crop a little, to have only half the tree or bush. I'm glad, you didn't used HDR. Almost 7 ( 6.9)

I like the overall tight composition and haunting mood of this photograph.  It is exactly how I saw abandoned houses in my childhood.  

Any ghosts inside?

For me, it's the vegetation (helped by the varied clouds and patchy snow) that give me a sense that this is an abandoned building (hard to tell from the building itself, although that looks like a rough opening under the gable).  Good composition, and I really like that background tree framed against the bright sky (it is serving double duty by toning down the brightest part of the sky).

Nice moody image. Well composed and framed. I might suggest a slight brightness and contrast bump on the house itself.
