Water,mountain,sky all elements so well seen there.I like this from foreground to bg,rocks texture and clouds lines contrast so well,the autumn border colors balance the composition,is a splendid nature corner.My compliments for this,have a nice weekend.

I concur with your thoughts relating to the sky, it really is the icing on the cake. I also admire the sharp detail in the rock formations, it looks like a regal castle standing proud in the rugged landscape.  I wonder if you used a polarising filter? as there is a ceratin amount of glare on the water. Its a difficult choice to make, because using a polarisor can risk uneven discolouration of the sky, which is difficult to remove. Nevertheless it is a beautiful landscape!
