Wonderful series, this one being my favorite. I suggest the larger view to all who look. Love the background....very unique to this well photographed subject, is this the sky? I am drawn to the center detail and perfect orientation of the plant. The little trapped guy is of great interest to me as well. Nice  presentation.

Warmest regards, Pamela

Pamela - Thank you very much. It was actually taken indoors with plenty of daylight. The background color is from the mural in our dining room but was slightly altered with NIK Software, Color Effects 4.

Les - Thank you. I appreciate your support.

Oh my...this is great! The "swimming pool blue" was my first thought about the background. But I LOVE this picture, square format suits it perfectly and the one fallen wotsitcalled just adds that tiny bit of something to the overall image.

Nice one indeed!

Ahh so the busy architectural photographer hasn't lost his flowery touch I see : - )

Love the series, but this is my favourite, so subtle and delicate like embroidery with an elfen thread.  And yes the slight imperfection of the fallen stamen brings the fairy tale to life.

My least favourite, although still a beauty, is Number 4,  that one just doesn't seem to balance for me.

A bad night for Merseyside!

But hats off to the Gunners once again!  Are you still willing to send Walcott our way ? : - )

Best Regards

Doug - Thank you very much. I must say that I enjoyed your recent works very much. Very beautiful images. You have an unmistakable style. I found this dandelion in the corner of my yard. Really and magical plant (weed).

Alf - Let's start with the important part..."We want our Arsenal back"! The Villa game was painful to watch and good parts of the game at Goodison Park lack the old Arsenal speed and fluidity. My eyes popped wide open when Theo lobbed the ball over Howard and I screamed at the TV: "Pay him what he wants"! So as of today he is a keeper, may be next week I will change my mind. BTW, I remember the first game of the 04/05 season, the Gunners' at Goodison. A routine 4:0 demolition, no one imagined any other outcome (not to mention the 7:0 at Highbury). But Everton came a long way, so did Spurs.

I was teaching studio this afternoon and on my iPhone with ESPN on, I kept one eye on the Liverpool game. I can only hope that Liverpool is "work in progress". Otherwise my friend, we are supporting old glories and frustrating, uncertain present.

Now to the less important things. Glad you like the series. I miss A&R's magical dandelion images. As for #4, I have always liked some purposeful distortion and intentional exaggeration, kind like the classic Bugattis....

Hi Dror

This is my favorite of the series.  I like the square format, color of the background, and delicacy of this dandelion.  I love the title too.  Nice work!

Regards,

Rosario.
