The Wild West

I really like the way the rock strata is depicted in the B & W tones, it has a kind of charcoal sketch look about it that is very appealing. I think the sky might look improved with the use of a PP graduated filter (this could be added in lightroom or other editing programs) to add more definition to the upper portion of sky.  "Wild West" was a most approriate title too. It looks just like the movies I watched as a child.

Very strong and interesting B&W work. I like the sky, it is in a good harmony with the landscape.

Maybe burn the top of the image a little?

Very nice image with fitting title. I agree with Alf on the sky, It goes from light to dark, This draws away the attention from the subject. hmm have you tried cropping out the lighter part of the sky ?
