Old Gas Station

The manipulation works here as does the lens distortion.  In the smaller version, there seems to be something lurking behind the barred windows.  The darkened sky near the top, giving a halo around the old building adds to the mood here.  This place is definitely haunted!

I love images of these old broken down and abandoned buildings - they inherently have a built in mood of sadness and neglect.

The HDR treatment however almost brings this one back to life and makes it pop.
