quadophile1 0 Posted April 4, 2012 It is brimming with detail and the colors are wonderful.I like the way you chose the angle of the camera thus getting maximum coverage of the ceiling. Cheers!Anis Link to comment

alfbailey 3 Posted April 6, 2012 Finely detailed and with almost clinical symmetry this shot invites closer inspection and contemplation. The lighting is even and without any too bright or dark area's and the colours look natural. I like the inclusion of the people in the shot, they add an element of life but without losing the peaceful atmosphere. Was this a sngle exposure or perhaps a blend or HDR? In any case it is a superb photograph.Sincere ComplimentsAlf Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted April 9, 2012 beautiful work. Congrats!Alf and others - Chris is only person that can provide a definitive answer. My guess is that this was not a single exposure. and it is only a guess. Link to comment
chrisspracklen 0 Posted April 10, 2012 Hi everyone,(Especially Alf Bailey and Tony Hadley)Apologies for the delay in answering the HDR question ~ as a minister, Easter is a particularly busy (and wonderful!) time for me.This is a one-shot HDR, which is the only kind I do. Had I used more than one exposure, the likelihood is that the three figures would have been blurred in a ghostly sort of way. If you'd like a step-by-step tutorial on how I do this, please email me at chrisspracklen@me.com.I hope this helps. Many thanks for all your kind comments.Best regards,Chris Link to comment
chrisspracklen 0 Posted April 10, 2012 Hi Vikash,The photo was taken with a Nikon 18-200 VR lens and the distortion was corrected in Camera Raw prior to the HDR processing.Kind regards,Chris Link to comment
