Thanks for the encouraging comments. No filter used - just a long exposure (30 seconds) at f22 with my Nikon 24-70mm (possibly the best lense in the whole world ever) which creates the starburst effect.

Oh my. . . .   Its is clearly, NOT, a star effect filter, and I don't know today, anybody, using such a Mickey-Muse effect filters.  When you using small apertures, and  have a strong point of light, like this or a sun, etc., you always get this star effect, and nothing wrong with it. Very nice evening shot.

The 24-70/2.8 one of the best lens I ever own. The only problem I hawing, many time the 70mm not working for me,  and  need to change lens for a 105/2.8 or a 135/2 prime. The 24-120/4 (I own) didn't go even close to the 24-70/2.8.
