single photos Who?

Caught in right moment of the day,looks very good with this bg,details well seen in large view,is a special subject.

Captured 20 minutes after sunset, and developed in 1992. Scanned just

last week. A testament to the archival ability of film.

It's a great avian portrait.  I like the colors, wonderful sharpness of the bird, great background above its head, and beautiful diffuse colors in the far background.

Whilst I'm with you, all the way, on the merits of film, these days it has just become too expensive and I like many others have circumbed to digital.

This presentation is just too gorgeous. The definition is remarkable, given the age of the film/print and that it was scanned in.

The coloured foreground with the diffused yet colourful background frames the Owl well.
