mike_stemberg 40 Posted February 2, 2012 The 'golden-hour' is also a great time to look for shadow enhanced images. Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted February 3, 2012 You are quite right, the long shadows at this hour make for fascinating photographs. From the thumnail this one looked quite sinister and indeed it still has an element of looking like the shadow is in active persuit of it's owner. I wonder if a dark vignetting would add to the menacing mood? Very well observed and captured!Best RegardsAlf Link to comment
mike_stemberg 40 Posted February 3, 2012 Thank You Alf and Svetlana!I stared at that shadow for a long time and wondered about the unusual distortion, till I realised that the wall behind is not flat but concave (which you might notice now that I have mentioned it).Alf, yes, I might try and add a vignette to see what interesting drama it might add to this image. Nice imagination! Thanks again, Mike. Link to comment

kristina_kraft 0 Posted December 10, 2012 I like it. It looks this shadow is of another person, but where could he be in reference to the girl?Kristina Link to comment
