Very interesting and unique. Well done

Nice combination of earth and sky, but, the Radial Blur - zoom effect,   is very obvious on the sky. Imitating a long exposure for the sky, you have to be very observant of nature. The clouds at a horizon not moving as fast, almost still even in a long exposure, but gradually as the cloud higher on the sky, the clouds moving faster, then, the blur getting more obvious on the image. You can imitate that effect by inserting the radial blur center point at the horizon, but not below the horizon. Then the long exposure imitation is not noticeable, or hardly noticeable for the average people.

Nice attempt, and I like the scenery very much. I would redo this image to get the moving clouds more believable.

The more comfortable comment would be; "very nice, well done". But then, I would lie to you.
