images_in_light_north_west 0 Posted August 23, 2011 Interested to see what people think of this shot, I was very lucky to get the Moon in it, 5D Mk II and 300 2.8 IS L Ross Link to comment
James G. Dainis 301 Posted August 23, 2011 That is a nice sharp photo. Too bad the moon isn't a bit more prominent. I would crop off some of that empty space on the right. BTW, did the pilots know that their propellers weren't turning? ;-) Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted August 24, 2011 Crystal clear image, and I really like the composition. Personally I think the space to the right works, it kind of sets a flight path for the aircraft to fly into. It would be nice if the moon had a bit more definition, but you have to work with what nature provides. I really like this.Best RegardsAlf Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 286 Posted August 24, 2011 As Alf says, crisp and clear, details very well recognizable in spite of the rather difficult situation I suppose! Even the moon appears as it should in daylight and it's size tells me that a pretty long tele was used!Best regards Ross!PDE Link to comment
