jennifercatron 9 Posted August 2, 2011 Absolutely lovely shot. You've done a great job with exposure here, and your color is very nicely processed. I used to do a ton of landscapes, but I found that there was something always missing, mainly people. One of the ways to make landscapes more interesting is to add foreground interest in addition to the scene being well replicated, sometimes it's a patch of flowers, sometimes it's a rock formation, but finding something to lead the eye into the background really turns a landscape up a notch. Very nice landscape though, and well done. 6/7 Link to comment

raddatzphoto 0 Posted August 2, 2011 Something to give this scale would improve the already fantastic rendition. I'm seeing a canoe or kayaker......! Link to comment

gregf 0 Posted August 2, 2011 Wow! I'm trying to look at this to see what you could have done to make it better, but I can't see a damned thing you could have done to improve upon it. I love the misty look of the valley. One question, how low were you to the water? It look like you are standing in it. Absolutely Magnificant! This is a photo I would prominantly display on my wall, even though I did not take it. Link to comment

quasifoto 0 Posted August 4, 2011 Beautiful shot of this wonderful place! The water coming off of the rock wall to the right is fantastic and the falls itself looks like it was flowing pretty strong! Nice job! Link to comment
matthew-bologna 0 Posted August 4, 2011 I really enjoy this image and its perspective. I think a longer exposure would have rendered the water softer and added to the ambiance. The horizon line seems slightly tilted to the right by a few degrees, but that could just be me. Is this an HDR image or was there highly variable light. The deep background appears to have very soft light where as some of the foreground elements are illuminated more strongly. Overall, a very pleasing and balanced image. All the best, -matthew. patrick_coombes 0 Posted March 28, 2013 This is a 'Wow' scene. The placement of the camera is ideally placed giving this effect of speed to the water, good control of shutter speed . Fantastic light and colours. Viewed larger is still better. For me its 7, congrat Daniel.Best RegardsPatrick Link to comment
