Sometimes a detail of a large photo is of interest, as may be so in this

case, where the vines have no relation to the leaves, and yet they may

have.... Thanks for any comments. I will post the larger photo in my

recent images portfolio.

The myriad of vines makes for great contrasting patterns agains the backlit canopy of leaves. Shame about the wire netting, but it could be cropped out from a point near the joint in the vines near the top and still make a really aesthetically pleasing image.  I like it.

Alf, thank you for commenting. I also think the scene has much potential and will go back there again for sure (The setting is at a retreat and is only 15 Km from me at the east end of our island). As this is a severe crop from a larger image, I will prefer to eliminate the wire cage by more selective shooting. I tried to do it here by further cropping, but the result was of minimal resolution, even for Photo.Net uploading.
