How is it that this image is receiving such low ratings, to me this a very good portrait, the execution and processing are really well done. I dont get it, i think that the tall poppy syndrome is alive and well. Very good work Willy.

Great camera contorl of small aperture, and love the darkened areas, I assume that was on photoshop, well done great job !!!

Very good picture. I like the darkness effect around the face, it highlights the subjects very well

i like this. i like a wide aperture like you've done, its something im a big fan of, but i would have liked to have seen the eye nearest the camera to be slightly more in focus as well.. i find the blurry nose and moth to be appealing in its contrast to sharpness of the boys right eye, and i think it would improve the image to have a touch more of that sharpness in the other eye as well, in this particular shot. lovely editing and tone :)
