Who is Who

Two Whooper Swans passing each other on a snowy field at Akan,

Hokkaido, Japan. What I personally like very much in this shot is the form

of there long necks.

If you look at the photo for a while it hard to see who is who :-)

White on white can be a most difficult scene to photograph, but the results here speak for themsleves, I love the percieved intricate tangle of legs and necks and the splashes of colour on thier beaks. This one should definately be printed and hanging on a wall  in a location where it can be admired by many.

I like the white on white work as is Harry, but I think a bit more detail (burning in) on the snow might give it an even better effect.  When I downloaded this and worked with what there is, it almost looked like they were dancing on clouds....
